Vendor Conduct Guidelines for Our Market

All vendors must fill out the application page and sign. There is NO exclusivity. We reserve the right to limit and select products and vendors. If you do not fill out the application online you can mail in your completed application to:

Rules

Thank you for your interest in participating in West Palm Beach Market this year. Please read the entire application before submitting. Our market opening date this season is October 3, 2026 and will run through the month of May 2027.

We offer two options to applicants:

1. The Seasonal Vendor: The seasonal vendor commits to each Saturday for the entire season. The fee is $125 per week due on the last Saturday of the month. By making this full seasonal commitment, those vendors will get priority treatment in booth location requests. We try very hard to honor your preferences but there will be no guarantees. You will not own your space.

2. The Floater: The Floater is invited on a week-by-week basis, pending availability. You will be assigned your space on the day of the show without any input on its location. That fee is $145 due prior to set up.

This season there will be NO MARKET on February 6, 2027 and March 20, 2027.

All vendor payments for booth space must be made at our Mobile Office located on Clematis Street prior to set up. If we have not received payment, you will not be allowed to set up. No exceptions.

Additional Rules

  • Only WHITE 10′ x 10′ tents with 20lbs weights will be accepted. Vendor products and set-up must remain within boundaries per management.
  • Appropriate table covers are required, and you must clean-up at the end. Please bring your own garbage bag!
  • Vendors may not drive stakes into the ground or any plant beds.
  • Vendors may not tie anything to trees.
  • Any damage to property or people is your responsibility as a vendor.
  • No electricity will be provided. Should you need electricity, only solar powered or battery powered generators are allowed.
  • During the show, all packing containers and racks must be stored in your designated spot. Any overflow needs to be completely off site.
  • Vendors will be allowed to sell only the approved merchandise on your application. No adding to or switching out will be allowed without written permission from Management.
  • Absolutely no booth sharing.
  • Absolutely no food, drinks, flowers or plants of any kind.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable in the event of market cancellation due to weather.
